Terms of Service
These terms govern free trials and paid subscriptions from Public IPTV (“we”, “our”). By requesting a trial or using a subscription, you agree to them. Questions: contact@public-iptv.online.
1. The service
We provide television over internet protocol: live channel categories (sports, movies, news, kids, international), video on demand where offered, and a program guide, playable in any compatible M3U playlist player. Every plan starts with a free trial so you can verify the lineup on your own devices before paying.
2. Lawful use and eligibility
You must be old enough to enter contracts in your country, use the service for personal, non-commercial viewing, and comply with local law. You may not resell, restream, publish or redistribute our streams or credentials, probe our infrastructure, or use the service to infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.
3. Accounts and connections
Your login is personal: keep it confidential and notify us of suspected misuse. Each plan allows an agreed number of simultaneous screens, confirmed in writing when your login is created. Sharing logins beyond that limit may lead to temporary restriction and, if repeated, termination without refund.
4. Billing
Plan lengths, prices and renewal dates are confirmed in writing before anything is charged — nothing is ever billed silently. Monthly plans renew until cancelled; longer plans do not auto-convert to a different length. You can cancel future renewals at any time by email; cancellation stops the next charge but does not retrospectively refund time already used, except as the refund policy provides.
5. Quality and availability
Streams are delivered best-effort over the public internet. We work to keep feeds stable, including 4K where your connection supports it (about 25 Mbps per 4K screen, 10 Mbps per HD screen), but we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free viewing: maintenance, upstream outages and local network problems can interrupt service. If a paid plan persistently fails and support cannot fix it, the refund policy applies.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate service for breach of these terms, payment failure or fraud, after where reasonable contacting you first. You may terminate at any time by cancelling renewal and letting the paid period expire.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current billing period. Nothing here limits rights you hold under consumer law, which always prevail over these terms where they conflict.
8. Changes
Material changes are published on this page with a new date and, for account-holding customers, announced by email before taking effect.
