Public IPTV (“we”, “our”) provides IPTV subscriptions that start with a free trial. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have. If anything here is unclear, contact us at contact@public-iptv.online.

1. Data we collect

Contact details: your email address and anything you include in messages to us (such as your device type or the number of screens you watch on), used to create trial logins, deliver setup details and answer support requests.

Subscription records: plan type, start date and billing status, used to operate your account and apply the refund policy.

Technical data: basic server logs (such as IP address and user agent) collected automatically for security and abuse prevention. We do not run advertising trackers, and this website ships no third-party analytics scripts.

2. How we use it

We use your data only to provide the service: activating trials, managing subscriptions, responding to support, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. We never sell personal data and never share it with advertisers.

3. Sharing and processors

Data is shared only where necessary to run the service — for example email delivery and payment processing — under contracts that limit use to our instructions. If a processor changes, this policy is updated.

4. Retention

Trial contact data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months afterwards for support continuity, then deleted. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Server logs rotate within 90 days.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@public-iptv.online. We respond to every request personally. If you believe your rights were violated, you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

6. Security

Accounts are protected by unique credentials sent to your email. Keep them confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect misuse. No method of internet transmission is perfectly secure, but we limit internal access to the minimum needed to operate support and billing.

7. Changes

Material changes to this policy are announced on this page with a new “last updated” date before they take effect.
